Here is my scenario...
1. Applied my first EAD thru some lawyer (hence G-28)
2. I am planning to renew it on "my own"
Can I renew EAD without Attroney help... I know the answer "YES" but the main question is... do I need to inform USCIS saying that I want to withdraw my lawyer's and hence G-28 which was filed along with my first EAD?
If anyone are sucessful, please help me...My question is not on how to self apply EAD..My question is whether we need to inform USCIS about G-28...

I am trying to look up dates for H1 visa stamping in Canada and the website says no appointments for 6 weeks. I am thinking of going for visa stamping in July. is there any chance that they might open up some more appointments in the next few days even though it says unavailable currently? please post your comments and experiences regarding this.

I am confused with AP expiration date.
The printed exiration date is :July 29, 2009
But my latest paroled stamp on AP it is : Dec 05, 2009.
Which date should i follow to renew my AP?

hello! i overstayed my visa by several years, left , and was able to get a new tourist visa and enter the u.s.
after leaving the u.s, on return,i was denied enterance, removed and banned for 5 years. my boyfriend lives in u.s, he's a citizen. is a fiance visa helpful to allow me in until we get married? is there even a chance? or do we need to marry outside of the u.s in this case? thank you!

I need your help to come to a conclusion on my issue.
1) I am on L1-b now in USA and working on company A
2) company B filed me and H1B as consulate process(means i have to get
stamped to start working for them)
Recently company B filed me labor+ I-140 mentioning as future employment and they are planning to file I 485 also now(since we have current dates)
Now I am planning to quit company A for who i am working on L1 and want to go for stamping to join company B who will be filing 485 for me. I have plans to travel to canada for stamping on August last week (after 485 filing).
Do we have any issues to get the stamping for new company who filed my 485
any help is greatly appriciated.

Desc: I have a listbox populated with 100x100 images... i want to drag it from here and drop in onto an InkCanvas where i have drawn something.
Eg: I have drawn a house and i want to drop an image that describes the colour that must be filled. Hence the images wd be bold colour boxes that would indicate a colour.
Plz help :puzzle:

We like to share that the H1B cap is extremely close to being reached. The count as of December 15, 2009 is 64,200. This is 1300 cases more than the count from December 11th. This count is very close to the total cap of 65,000 which is actually somewhat reduced by numbers allocated under trade agreements. We continue to watch this very closely, and will provide updates until the FY 2010 cap is reached.

My wife came to the US on a H4. She got her H1 approval in October 07 and started working for the consulting firm that sponsered the H1. She also got a consulting position in a company. But her SSN was not issued until Jan 08. So the consulting company cannot gerenate payroll for Oct, Nov and Dec of 2007. We are planning to goto India in May and also get our Visas stamped. Any ideas on whether we will run into problems when we go for stamping, since she will not have a W2 for 07. Also will the paystubs from 2008 suffice at the consulate? Do we have to tell the consulate that she started working in Oct 07 or can we just say she started in Jan 08 will this create a problem of why did she not strat working as soon as her petition was approved in 07.

I have received notice for I-485 FP, but my I-140 is still in process (not approved or anything). How is this possible? Is it because of concurrent filing?
